Booking and cancellation conditions:

- A confirmation deposit will be requested at the time of booking.

- Booking cancellations, late arrivals, and early departures are always undesirable, by both parties.

- If a reservation is canceled by the Customer at least 20 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.

- If a reservation is canceled by the Customer at least 20 days before the arrival date, the deposit may be recovered for a subsequent stay based on our availability, within one year of the cancellation.

- In case of early departure or late arrival, if this is not communicated at least 5 days in advance, the Customer will be charged the amount of the first night canceled.

- Any change in the booking made by the Customer (eg: number of days, period of stay, number of guests) will lead to a change in the contractual relationship, with the undersigned's consequent right to withdraw or vary the contractual offer in turn.

- With the payment of the confirmation deposit, the booking conditions and the cancellation conditions are to be considered understood and legally accepted in full by the Customer.
